Welcome to cfztv

In the seventeen years since the CFZ was first formed the world has changed immeasurably. Once upon a time when he world was young (well, 1992 in fact) a photocopied fanzine was the height of sophistication. But the marketplace has moved on, and so have we. Since 2005 we have been making our own documentary films, and disseminating them - for free - across the internet. Notice that we stress that we do what we do without charge. The CFZ is in many ways an anarchist organisation, and one of its guiding watchwords has always been that information should not be available only to those who can afford to pay for it!

In line with this, we launched CFZtv in early 2007, and are happy to present this relaunched and updated website in August 2008. Using the CFZtv Times tab above, you can watch...

• Shorter films.
• Our monthly webtv show. On the Track brings the world the latest news of CFZ activities, and the latest crypto news from around the world..
• Lectures from conferences, some of which - the 2008 Weird Weekend, and the 2008 Mystery Big Cat conference - are broadcast in their entirety; as far as we are aware, a world first.
• Original music by CFZ Director Jon Downes.

More will be added over the coming months.

CFZ tv is already the world's most diverse multimedia website dealing with cryptozoology and allied disciplines, and it is the only one that does it completely for free.

We have a singular outlook on life which is why our test-card features a little girl dressed as Captain Beefheart, but we think that - generally - that is a pretty good way to be.
